How LotStory Studio handles a sample request
This notice applies to the Dealer Content Service sample-request form.
Information we collect
We collect your contact name, business email, dealership name, city, and state. We also collect the vehicle year, make, model, optional trim, requested package, and consent version. The bot-protection service receives a verification token, which is checked and then discarded.
Why we use it
We use this information only to evaluate and respond to your sample request and to follow up with your dealership. Submitting the form does not create an order or charge.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, bot protection, and database infrastructure for this form. This service does not sell submitted personal data. Stage 3 has no advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.
How long we keep it
Sample-request records are normally deleted after 30 days. If you start an active trial or paid engagement, we may keep the record through that engagement and delete it 30 days after the engagement closes.
Your choices
To ask for access to or deletion of your submitted information, email 2734445728@qq.com. We will use your request to locate and handle the relevant record.
Please do not send sensitive material
Do not submit vehicle photos or sensitive records through this form. Do not send VINs, license plates, title documents, payment information, account credentials, or government identifiers. We will contact you before requesting any additional material.
